New Customer Sales Specialist

They are seeking a New Customer Sales Specialist to join their inside sales team, focusing on driving growth and sales while providing top-notch service to customers. The role involves achieving sales goals through various prospecting methods and utilizing marketing tools for new business development.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and capacity to handle high work volume in a great teamwork environment
Achieve sales goals through prospecting:
New business and leads
Lost lead campaigns
Unrenewed service lists
Seasonal Outbound sales campaigns focused on mosquito sales
Win-back call campaigns
Backlog cancel recovery calls
Utilizing marketing tools to drive new business development
Display and practice a high level of integrity and ethical standards
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent follow-up and quality assurance with each task
Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web based system to perform data entry
Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify and evaluate the customer needs
Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers
Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives
Safeguards customer’s privacy and other proprietary information
Work well within a team
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company and departmental policies, practices, procedures, programs, and services
Monitor, update and maintain customer database with accurate customer information including call details, disposition of calls, payments, and other results
Attend regular team meetings to improve skills, share best practices and hear key communications
Exercise consistent independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Qualification
Required
No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification, if required (company paid)
Ability to work independently and interact with our great clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Comfortable working in a high-volume role
Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
