Responsibilities
Ensure programs, events, and materials meet ADA standards and accessibility best practices. Coordinate accommodations for participants, staff, and volunteers as needed
Identify, develop, and share resources that support disability inclusion. Maintain updated information on accommodations, assistive technologies, and community partners
Design and deliver training sessions for staff and partners on disability awareness, inclusive practices, and compliance. Provide ongoing technical assistance and guidance
Serve as a point of contact for individuals seeking disability-related supports, ensuring timely response and connection to appropriate resources
Work with schools, employers, and community organizations to expand opportunities and remove barriers for individuals with disabilities
Track and report on disability support requests, accommodations provided, and impact metrics to inform continuous improvement

Required
Passionate about education equity and student mentorship
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Comfortable working with diverse populations
Committed to full-time service through AmeriCorps
Minimum Education Associate Degree
Minimum Experience Less than 1 year
