Responsibilities
The primary duties associated with the position involve conducting research on biomolecular and biophysical systems including proteins, nucleic acids, or small molecules, prepare and publish journal manuscripts, and present research at conferences
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree and previous postdoctoral experience is required
The candidate should have a strong background and training in theory and computational science related to molecular biophysics and biomolecular modeling
The candidate should have significant prior research experience and publications in simulations of biomolecular systems and MD simulation software
Preferred
The candidates should hold a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, or in a related interdisciplinary field
Experience with AI and machine learning tools is preferred
