Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for autonomous AI agents
Define workflows where LLMs + tools can reduce manual effort or boost insight
Map out user journeys, business rules, and dependencies across airline ops/customer service/scheduling
Collaborate with product, data, and tech teams to build measurable POCs
Conduct stakeholder demos, gather feedback, and iterate

Required

Strong analytical and documentation skills
Experience with AI/ML product lifecycles
Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt tuning, and agent tool use
