Responsibilities

Manage projects encompassing staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and deliverables

Lead engineering analysis and design for marine structures

Develop plans, specifications, and construction documentation

Develop technical reports and provide senior level review of technical work products

Prepare and review technical reports and engineering deliverables

Conduct condition assessments of port and maritime facilities

Contribute to proposal development including technical approach, scope, and pricing

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license and NCEES Record

Eligibility to apply for PE licensure in Florida and New York upon hire

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marine structural engineering

Strong leadership, technical, and analytical capabilities

Experience working within multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency in computer-aided design and engineering software

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
