National Sales Representative – SIMPLY TEST

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive adoption of SIMPLY TEST across physician practices, urgent cares, and other medical walk in clinics
Meet or exceed annual sales quotas through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Prospect and engage decision-makers including physicians, lab directors, clinical administrators, and procurement leaders
Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting SIMPLY TEST’s advantages in accuracy, turnaround time, cost-effectiveness, and ease of implementation
Serve as the trusted partner for healthcare organizations using SIMPLY TEST, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction
Build strategic relationships with key accounts to expand test utilization and menu adoption
Collaborate with client teams to identify growth opportunities, including additional clinics, departments, and regional rollouts
Clearly communicate the scientific and clinical value of SIMPLY TEST molecular diagnostics in infectious disease, women’s health, functional testing, and other relevant applications
Partner with internal clinical specialists to provide ongoing education, technical support, and staff training at client sites
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, reimbursement policies, and competitive technologies
Work with marketing to develop tailored campaigns, sales collateral, and provider education programs for SIMPLY TEST
Provide field insights to product development teams, ensuring customer needs inform innovation and pipeline strategy
Represent SIMPLY TEST at trade shows, national meetings, and industry events to build visibility and credibility

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
3+ years of successful sales experience in Business to Business sales
2+ years of successful sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
Demonstrated success in selling diagnostic assays or platforms at the national or multi-regional level
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, physician adoption dynamics, and reimbursement considerations
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel nationally (50–70%)
