Responsibilities
Develop and execute Veho’s recruiting strategy across all functions, with a strong focus on bar-raising talent
Own the entire end-to-end candidate lifecycle employer branding/initial outreach, through interviewing all the way to signing with Veho
Lead a high-performing recruiting team that can scale with business growth
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position Veho as a top employer for talent
Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics using Gem (or similar tools) to measure pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics
Use data insights to improve recruiting processes, forecasting, and decision-making
Report progress and key hiring metrics to executive leadership
Implement scalable tools, systems, and workflows to create an exceptional candidate experience
Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hire
Be a driver of AI in Recruiting
Partner with executives and department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines
Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
Design and manage processes for global hiring, with a focus on LATAM talent markets
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cultural hiring nuances
Qualification
Required
8+ years of recruiting experience at fast growing technology companies (ideally at the series B to D stage), with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Has worked before with company top executives
Proven success in technical recruiting and building global hiring strategies
Strong track record of talent. LATAM hiring (A plus)
Advanced experience with recruiting analytics and reporting using Gem (or similar tools)
Deep knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
