Responsibilities
Oversees residential services and living units
Serves as the Program Director in his/her absence
Managing all available resources in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of care
Ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements
Reports to the Program Director
Supervises the Shift Supervisors and direct care staff
Qualification
Required
Possess a BA/BS in related field
Four years of related experience in residential facility management
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must be able to meet the requirements of an ROP-eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License
Preferred
Master's Degree
