Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises and ensure safety

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches

Enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment

Assist with access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas

Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing clear communication to necessary personnel

Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents

Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and clients

Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular checks of facilities

Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies as needed

Excellent observation and reporting skills

Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
