$55K/yr - $100K/yrBeyond Home Advisors is seeking a driven and passionate Buyers Agent to join their dynamic team in the Triad. In this role, you will help clients find their perfect homes and investment properties while providing expert advice and guiding them through the home-buying process.

Responsibilities
Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Conduct two open houses weekly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to morning huddles, weekly coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology & Playbooks
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have started their licensing courses before applying
Completion of your real estate license is required prior to officially joining our team
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
