Responsibilities
HIL Commissioning foresees the HIL design, HW setup, wiring harnesses building and open/closed loop commissioning by using Client solution
Collect information, analyze it and proceed to design the HIL configuration
Design Wiring Harness and support its testing and debugging
HIL Configuration and Setup
Certify the end of commissioning by performing checkout tests
Discuss issues and new request of functionalities (open points)
Provide guidance to the Automation team on the configuration to be used and interface with Control Managers and DREs to retrieve HW information to support the program
Take charge of model issues and new requests (open points)
Interact with external supplier
HIL delivery Planning
Wiring Harness & Load Plate specification and building
I/O and CAN configuration with specific toolchain (dSPACE)
HIL commissioning (up and running) and checkout test report according to significance checklist
HIL calibration List. Open points issues management and fix LL discussion with one page and actions for fix
Soft/Virtual ECU
Model setting configuration
Collaborate cross-functionally with software developers, system engineers, and test teams for continuous improvement of the HIL environment
Qualification
Required
5 - 10 Years of experience in HIL Commissioning
Experience with HIL design and HW setup
Experience in wiring harness building
Ability to perform open/closed loop commissioning using Client solution
Ability to collect and analyze information for HIL configuration design
Experience in designing wiring harness and supporting its testing and debugging
Experience in HIL configuration and setup
Ability to certify the end of commissioning by performing checkout tests
Experience in discussing issues and new requests for functionalities
Ability to provide guidance to the Automation team on configuration
Experience in interfacing with Control Managers and DREs to retrieve HW information
Ability to manage model issues and new requests
Experience in interacting with external suppliers
Experience in HIL delivery planning
Experience in wiring harness and load plate specification and building
Experience in I/O and CAN configuration with specific toolchain (dSPACE)
Ability to perform HIL commissioning and checkout test report according to significance checklist
Experience in HIL calibration list management
Ability to manage open points issues and fix discussions
Experience with Soft/Virtual ECU

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with software developers, system engineers, and test teams
