Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and class certification motions
Conduct legal research and develop creative strategies in complex employment cases
Work closely with senior attorneys on high-impact matters
Gain hands-on litigation experience early in your career, from depositions to trial preparation
Qualification
Required
California Bar membership (or pending results with anticipated admission)
Solid litigation experience, ideally with class action or employment law exposure
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines, handle cases independently, and work collaboratively with senior attorneys
