Responsibilities

Assist in all day-to-day tasks including administrative, technical, and qualitative review of project documents

Monitor and document project progress and activities

Organize existing as-built drawings and project progress files Interact directly with staff, contractors, vendors, clients, and guests while meeting the Center of Hospitality Standards(COH)

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, with a minimum B average or higher

Valid Driver's License

Evidence of self-motivation, independent learning, and academic achievement in a demanding course load setting is necessary to demonstrate the ability to work independently in this structured research setting

Evidence of excellent written communication skills is required in order to produce accurate, brief, clear research statements answering specific research questions

Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work directly with a variety of teams with diverse membership in office and field research settings

Good verbal presentation skills are needed to explain research results to non-technical and technical audiences

MS Office experience is required with strong MS Excel skills

Preferred

Demonstrated interest in project and construction management

Student with additional research methods related coursework within their degree program

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, logic statement formulas, and macros
