Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for North America and Latin America enterprise markets
Lead, hire, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets
Manage the regional manager's sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and solution providers to drive long-term partnerships
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, providing guidance and support to meet objectives
Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and forecast future sales activities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise selling into Solution Provider customers
Experience packaging datacenter solutions such as, AI, Cloud, security, software, networking with channel partners
Strong track record of hiring, training, and developing successful sales teams and growing regions
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in North America and Latin America markets
Experience managing complex sales cycles and understanding of enterprise network solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management best practices
Experience building out specialized markets and segments (IE healthcare, education, government, etc)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
