Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the complete audit lifecycle-from initial planning and risk assessment through fieldwork, quality review, and final wrap-up-for a diverse client portfolio

Serve as the primary, high-level client contact, fostering strong, long-term relationships and acting as a trusted business advisor

Review and approve financial statements and disclosures, ensuring adherence to GAAP and GAAS. Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues

Lead, manage, and mentor audit teams, providing continuous coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support to junior staff

Ensure all engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Identify new service opportunities within existing client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth initiatives

Required

5+ years of progressive audit experience within a public accounting firm, including prior experience successfully managing multiple engagements and teams

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

Active CPA certification is highly preferred

Strong technical knowledge and practical application of GAAP and GAAS

Exceptional written and oral communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Proficiency with audit software (e.g., CCH) and Microsoft Office Suite
