The Engineering Lab Technician will develop testing procedures, ensure test equipment calibration, manage quality control tests, and communicate with stakeholders regarding specifications. Responsibilities

Developing testing procedures and guidelines, drafts proposals for testing programs, and drafts testing conditions

Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and evaluates validity of test results

Managing, coordinating or performing tests at defined quality control stage in manufacturing (and product development)

Communicating with involved stakeholder when specifications or requirements are not met

Drafting test reports, discussing findings and providing recommendation for further improvements

Assist in technical analytics to support creation of function specific concepts

Supports the team in test and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure

Provides assembly and installation of assigned modules / parts of technical infrastructure, according to detailed work plans
