They are seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to nurture and maintain relationships with clients, act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, and handle various case-specific tasks as assigned by attorneys.

Responsibilities

Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the liaison between client and attorney. Have regular calls with clients to see how treatment is progressing, verify injuries, and provide referrals as needed

Communicate with insurance adjusters. Give treatment updates, send bills for payment, and respond to requests for documents and information

Communicate with lien companies, health insurance companies, and medical providers

Order and analyze all medical records and bills

Verify liens with medical providers

Draft and organize demand letters

Monitor client's accrued medical expenses and log payments and outstanding balances in FileVine

Case-specific tasks as assigned by attorneys
