Trescal is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent / Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves providing real-time support to customers through live chat and messaging platforms, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting steps
Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns quickly
Maintain service standards, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the improvement of FAQs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications, business, or IT is a plus
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
Fast and accurate typing skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with customers
Reliable internet connection and ability to work day or night shifts
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or remote support preferred
