Overseeing the Associate Annual Fund Drive, the School of Nursing Fundraising campaign and the Signature Circle stewardship program
Emphasizing accountability for key performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
Creating a sustainable donor pipeline
Providing supervision and mentorship to the Development Assistant, ensuring team alignment with departmental objectives and fundraising goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in fundraising and donor engagement strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in overseeing fundraising campaigns and programs
