Responsibilities

Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies

People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes

Required

Bachelor's Degree

6+ years' EPM experience implementing one or more of the following technologies: Anaplan, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream

10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

4+ years' experience overseeing multiple project teams, experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)

Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility

Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources

Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations

Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Willingness to mentor junior staff

Advanced degree preferred
