Responsibilities

Lead and guide the area sales team in promoting TheKey's services, focusing on meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Accompany HCLs on sales calls, providing real-time feedback and support to drive performance and improve client engagement

Recognize and nurture high-potential individuals within the team, offering comprehensive support in onboarding, training, performance enhancement, and career progression

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences

Represent the sales division in strategic meetings, aligning field sales activities with broader organizational goals

Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities, leveraging data analytics to inform strategies

Promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence within the sales team

Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities, providing insights to senior management

Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to support overall business objectives

Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance TheKey's brand presence

Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in relevant training programs supported by TheKey
