ISSJ III– Targeteer Analyst (TA) – Subject Matter Expert (SME)
BTS Software Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on transforming ideas into technology to serve people. They are seeking a Targeteer Analyst (TA) – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized support to USSOCOM, requiring expertise in precision point mensuration, Joint Desired Point of Impact identification, and Collateral Damage Estimate analysis.

Responsibilities
Provide specialized Targeteer SME support to assist USSOCOM subordinates or associated organizations and staffs
Execute precision point mensuration, accurate Joint Desired Point of Impact identification and placement
Conduct training of incoming certified Targeteers on orders to support forward-deployed RTFs in all elements of TF-specific targeting
Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
Direct subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
Qualification
Required
8 or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations
Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools
3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)
Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher
Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience
Certified in CJCSI 3505.01C (Target Coordinate Mensuration Certification and Program Accreditation)
Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Targeteer in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community
Experience with target material production (TMP), to include, but not limited to, target development and validation
