Mountaire Farms is dedicated to developing future leaders through their Management Trainee Program, which provides hands-on experience across various business functions. The program includes a rotational experience followed by a capstone project, aimed at addressing key business challenges within the company.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and business processes
Collaborate with department leaders to identify and work on strategic business initiatives
Design, develop, and present a capstone project to senior leadership
Build relationships with employees at all levels and actively participate in the business culture
Attend leadership and development workshops to enhance personal and professional skills
Complete weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports as required
Other duties as assigned

Required

Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field)
Strong interest in a career in management and leadership

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
A proactive approach to work with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Must be willing to travel to different facilities throughout the program (DE & NC)
