Production Generalist I (2nd Shift)
King Arthur Baking Company is an award-winning baking company dedicated to baking education and inspiration. The Production Generalist (2nd Shift) is responsible for operating production and packaging equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean work environment while collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards
Inspect and handle ingredients and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety and quality specifications
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in production areas, including performing routine cleaning duties to meet GMP standards
Maintain accurate and complete production records and documentation, using required software
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, identify operational improvements, and resolve issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift 50 lbs. including pushing and pulling
Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or stoop for extended periods
Must be able to occasionally climb steps, climb step ladders
Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms for production tasks
Ability to reach overhead, forward, and side to side to perform tasks at varying heights and positions frequently
Capable of wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Visual acuity and manual dexterity
Must be able to safely navigate a busy production floor
Frequent hand washing
