They are seeking a PCB Design Engineer to design and build electronic systems for high-performance drones, collaborating closely with embedded systems engineers and firmware developers throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design and layout PCBs using Altium
Prototype and test new board designs for flight control, power, and sensor systems
Conduct board bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting
Work with vendors to source components and coordinate fabrication/assembly
Collaborate with embedded engineers on hardware/software integration
Support design-for-manufacturing and revision control processes
Maintain documentation, BOMs, and version control for PCB designs

Qualification

PCB layoutSchematic capturePower electronicsEMI/ESD principlesSignal integrityDebugging hardwareEmbedded firmware (C/C++)Battery management systemsDC-DC converter design

Required

Advanced degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Proven experience in schematic capture and PCB layout
Familiarity with power electronics and high-current circuit design
Understanding of EMI/ESD, grounding, and signal integrity principles
Ability to read and debug hardware with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters

Preferred

Experience with drone or robotics electronics
Some embedded firmware development experience (C/C++)
Knowledge of battery management, charging systems, or DC-DC converter design
