Responsibilities
Help build out our core agent workflows
Add Figma-style real-time collaboration between humans and AI to our core editing
Prototype new AI pipelines using frontier diffusion models, reasoning models, internal and external data, and evals
Extend and optimize our server-side video/graphics rendering pipeline
Write WebGL shaders for special FX and graphics
Qualification
Required
Experience in full-stack development
Strong understanding of AI and video technologies
Ability to work in-person in NYC
Experience with WebGL and graphics rendering
Proficiency in building real-time collaboration tools
Experience with prototyping AI pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in small, talent-dense teams
Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges
Preferred
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Familiarity with frontier diffusion models and reasoning models
Background in video production or editing
Experience in a startup environment
Strong equity mindset
