Responsibilities
Experience in design, development and release of Semiconductor capital equipment
Knowledge of Semiconductor industry standards and regulatory requirements
Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Background in multi-disciplinary, system-level development including Electronic board design: prefer experience with mix signal and optical sensors
Experience in Spice/simulation with and lab correlation
Experience with schematic capture and board layout tools including Orcad & Cadence Allegro
FPGA development
Low and high power electrical assemblies including power distribution systems
Electro-mechanical control systems
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive functional teams
Ability to work across multi-functional/multi-discipline teams both internal and across organizations
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and stakeholder management skills
Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and sense of ownership to task work completion
Qualification
Required
BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics
Five years in a management role with a positive track record developing complex capital equipment
Experience in design, development and release of Semiconductor capital equipment
Knowledge of Semiconductor industry standards and regulatory requirements
Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Background in multi-disciplinary, system-level development including Electronic board design: prefer experience with mix signal and optical sensors
