Responsibilities
Leading the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies, making sure all items are properly cleaned and ready for use
Organizing instruments and equipment based on surgery schedules and special case needs
Monitoring sterilization processes and equipment performance, keeping accurate records, and promptly reporting any issues
Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workspace that supports the team and upholds the highest infection control standards
Training and supporting team members to work safely, follow best practices, and care for every patient like family
Qualification
Required
(CRCST) Certified Registered Central Service Technician must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
Able to take call and respond within 30 minutes
