They are seeking a Makery Manager in Training who will maintain a positive environment, drive store performance, and foster superior client service while supervising the Makery operations.

Responsibilities
Monitor and Manage daily operations of the Makery in a fast-paced environment
Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience, meeting personal sales expectations and creating quality product
Maintain a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment
Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members
Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance
Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies
Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, production and assist with other Makery Manager functions
Assist the Makery Manager in controlling top line revenue and expenses
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally
Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client
Ability to make recommendations for products
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements
Ability to multi-task. Juggling product production as clients enter and leave. Engaging new clients upon their arrival
Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas
Collaborate with Manager to schedule accordingly for production goals
Track and report on production performance, shipments, and timelines
Ensure and protect brand standards during and throughout the production process
Quality control all products during production process
Completes periodic inventory audits
Qualification
Required
Ability to work nights & weekends
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances
Dexterity of hands and fingers
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs
Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch
Ability to perform Makery cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc
Basic computer skills and knowledge
Warm, friendly attitude, and ability to demonstrate personal composure during times of uncertainty and change
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to adapt and utilize resources in a fun and fast-paced environment
A passion for learning our products, brand, and professional development
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure
Preferred
College education preferred but not required
Management and/or sales experience preferred
