Creative Strategist (Meta & Tiktok Ads)
StealthMode.Agency is a fast-growing advertising agency startup, specializing in innovative campaigns on platforms like Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for producing engaging video ads, conducting research on customer personas, and continuously optimizing ad performance to drive client success.
Responsibilities
Write: Work with the CEO, and our video team to draft and produce videos ads that convert. Additional writing of landing pages, advertorials, interstitials and emails as needed
Recruit actors & influencers: We are always expanding our network of actors to star in our videos
Research: With guidance from the CEO, you’ll research the ideal customer persona, their problems, desires, needs, fears and decision set
Test planning and execution: Work with the CEO and our media buyers to continuously improve results through a/b and multivariate testing. Eventually own the whole loop from ideation, to prioritization, implementation and iteration
Competitive research: Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies in our target industries
Performance analysis: Audit performance on each account twice weekly for insights and test opportunities
Video review: Ensure all ads created by the video editing team are up to spec, work collaboratively with them to communicate our sales message in the visual language of video
Conversion rate optimization: Work with the CEO and our development team to continuously improve the revenue per visitor and conversion rate of our landing pages, advertorials and owned & operated leadgen properties
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of direct response copywriting experience, preferably with a focus on video ads
Knowledge of recruitment processes for actors and influencers
Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs
Proficiency with excel or google sheets (pivot tables and vlookups will be necessary)
Proactive mindset instead of reactive
Ability to write with style and within compliance guidelines
Growth mindset, always willing to learn
Fluency in English
International applicants OK – but must be willing to work on US time zone
Portfolio of work you can share
Preferred
Experience buying media on any channel
Experience writing for financial services
Experience with affiliate or other performance based ways of working
Have one other creative “special skill” you can bring to the table (photoshop, video editing, basic web dev)
Written and produced Tiktok Ads before
Worked and succeeded in a compliance heavy industry before
You have actors & influencers you've worked with before, that you can bring to the table
