Responsibilities

Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue
Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts
Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact

Required

High School Diploma/GED required
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred

Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience)
Salesforce/CRM familiarity
A background in insurance or financial products is a plus
