Responsibilities

Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems
Provides onsite technical support to NCTAMS LANT
Review project documents and provide technical review comments
Create IDPS based of IRD and site surveys
Initiate and evaluate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
Attend Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings
Evaluate and troubleshoot LAN architecture and resolve network traffic flow issues over complex, multi-node, tactical WAN/LAN environments
Develop integrated Naval enterprise logical and physical LAN architectures
Create, modify, and troubleshoot firewall rules and configurations
Develop and implement test strategies and document results

Required

8 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Secret clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Practical understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching to include: Fundamentals of routing and switching, Routing Protocols, Access Control Lists, VLANs, VLAN Trunking, Subnetting, 802.1X NAC, and Secure Group Tagging
Working knowledge of the NAVY's FRCB process and DISA network operations
Working knowledge of DISA circuit provisioning, troubleshooting process
Working knowledge of Triton UAV's and their connectivity paths
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network administration and support
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Linux+ Certified Professional
Network+ Certified Professional
Security + Certified Professional

Security Clearance Level: Secret / TS/SCI Preferred
