Responsibilities
Successfully implement ERP Security and Advanced Controls
Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule
Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Security
In-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience
Ability to implement ERP Security and Advanced Controls
Ability to identify product gaps and work with product development
Experience in creating accelerators and content library
Ability to come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements
Ability to ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule
Ability to critically evaluate information from various sources
Ability to reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
Ability to abstract from low-level information to a general understanding
Ability to distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
