Responsibilities

Perform tasks similar to the following, or maybe required to perform additional tasks as assigned by the client

Demonstrated experience working in Linux environment including working with the Linux terminal

Demonstrated experience creating and updating images for tablets for anti-virus and operating system updates and re-baselining tablets before re-use

Demonstrated experience supporting and maintaining hardware inventory levels to include assisting with the research and procurement of the next generation of tablets, printers, and any other peripheral items required to support tablets for training classes

Demonstrated experience providing support in tracking hardware devices and software licenses for stand-alone tablets
