Ensure the smooth operation of user management systems

Provide technical support and resolve user-related issues

Manage user related accounts within the application, roles and responsibilities

Onboard and exit users

Ensure connectivity to active directory

Document key policies and procedures

Serve as a liaison to the IS&T group for user management systems that fall outside of tier 1 and tier 2 application support

Serve as a liaison to the greater university research community, providing training and technical support to users
