Responsibilities
Own and Exceed Revenue Targets: Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio through expansion of existing services and introduction of new solutions
Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, COO, CRO, and Business Unit Leaders)
Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client business goals, challenges, and regulatory requirements—translating them into actionable ServiceNow-driven roadmaps
Drive Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase our share of wallet to 70%+ of the Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM). Orchestrate internal teams to deliver value-driven growth
Ensure Client Value Realization: Partner with delivery teams to confirm implemented solutions achieve promised outcomes and sustain client satisfaction
Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with Account Executives to win new BFSI clients by bringing industry credibility and thought leadership to executive briefings
Translate BFSI Processes: Map ServiceNow capabilities to transform workflows like customer onboarding, loan origination, claims processing, trade lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting
Craft Value Propositions: Develop compelling, outcome-focused proposals that speak to executive priorities and demonstrate strategic business impact
Shape Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine our BFSI messaging, market positioning, and growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
15+ years of experience within or consulting for the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, CIO, COO, or equivalent) or Principal-level consulting role focused on BFSI
Proven success leading digital transformation, process re-engineering, or modernization initiatives within financial institutions
Deep understanding of BFSI operations, regulatory dynamics, and customer experience challenges
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with consultative sales acumen and ability to align complex business needs with technology solutions
Proven relationship builder and trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a customer, sponsor, or consultant) strongly preferred
Recognized thought leadership in BFSI (articles, speaking engagements, or panels) a plus
