The Analyst in the Real Estate Advisory Group will provide comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services, conduct market analyses, and design financial models to help clients maximize property values.

Responsibilities
Material contribution for named listing on the certification page of worked appraisals
Work with a State Licensed professional (Appraisal Supervisor) through a Trainee License to full state license status
Perform independent in-depth industry, market and competitor research
Perform local, national and international real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities and REITs with minimal oversight, using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory
Design financial models for discounted cash flow analysis, market approach, and cost approach valuation methods
Independently compile and analyze financial, tax, insurance, and other data pertinent to client engagements (through direct interaction with clients and other business partners, including personal & telephone interviews with brokers and property managers)
Remain abreast of industry surveys and benchmarks and economic and demographic trends
Provide advice to Company stakeholders and clients by preparing and presenting the results of above-referenced analyses in a clear and concise manner, verbally and/or orally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management (with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate), Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate), Economics (with a concentration in Finance or Real Estate) from an accredited college or university, plus Real Estate work experience, or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the aforementioned fields of study
Major GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficient in Argus and Excel
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated interest in varied and intellectually challenging work
Attention to detail, and ability to manage time and workflow
Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment with limited oversight
Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments independently and contribute meaningfully to team and client objectives
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future (this includes students that are currently on a student visa)
