Responsibilities

Focus on deepening and expanding your transmission planning and generator interconnection studies subject matter expertise
Work with software engineers and product managers to codify your domain knowledge into Nira’s software products’ backend
Support the full product life cycle including product ideation, research and development, coding, sales support, customer support, and product maintenance

Required

Experience with generation interconnection related studies
2+ years of hands on experience with tools like TARA, PSS/E, Power World, Python, etc
A sense of what data renewable developers need to build a portfolio of successful projects
Motivated by having ownership in your work
Take initiative on projects and have a strong preference to be a trailblazer
Ready to roll up your sleeves for the team, and no task is beneath you
Desire to level up your software engineering skills
Ability to work directly with software engineers to create products
Low ego, able to hold strong opinions loosely and challenge instincts
