The role involves providing circulation support for Spanish-speaking countries, processing website registrations, and assisting customers, with opportunities for travel and a well-rounded internship experience.

Responsibilities
Provide circulation support for Mexico and other Spanish-speaking Latin American countries by reaching out to distribution points, updating internal databases from these conversations, and sharing feedback with the team and management
Research new locations and other distribution channels in the Latin America market
Process website registrations and assist customers with any questions they have about website registrations
Enter auction results for the industries within Sandhills Global’s industries
Travel and visit distribution points across various Latin American industries to connect buyers and sellers with valuable content
Promote publications, websites and hosted services at industry trade shows, which may include overnight and weekend stays
Participate in a training program upon hire with short rotational experience in sales and auction clerking support
Contribute to other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other relevant program preferred
Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers of the industries Sandhills Global serves
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

Stable and progressive work history
Results oriented
In Office Position. Ability to commute daily to local office is required
Able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to travel both air and surface domestically and internationally – valid driver's license and applicable international travel documentation required
