The role involves building a sales pipeline, converting leads, and managing a small team to ensure high performance and member retention.

Responsibilities

Make 50 to 60 outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads
Run value-based club tours that convert at a high close rate
Execute local lead generation: partnerships, outreach, events, referrals
Improve show rate, trial to paid conversion, and first 30-day retention
Drive intro session bookings and PT package conversion
Create monthly promos and referral flows that lift PT penetration
Optimize retail displays and attachment rate for apparel and supplements
Hire, train, and coach sales associates, trainers, and front desk
Run daily sales huddles and weekly KPI reviews
Manage P&L basics, hit monthly revenue targets, and control labor
Keep the facility clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
Daily calls and contacts
Tour set rate, show rate, and close rate
EFT growth, churn, and saves
PT penetration, intro to package conversion, and average revenue per member

Qualification

Required

2 or more years in sales leadership, fitness club management, or retail leadership in wellness or fitness
Proven quota achievement with strong objection handling and closing skills
Team coaching experience with clear accountability systems
Familiarity with CRM or club software such as ABC Fitness, ClubReady, Mindbody, or similar
Strong phone presence, upbeat communication, and a service mindset
Availability on evenings and Saturdays
