Responsibilities
Working hours of the fair 11am-10pm
Paid lunch
Assist with Parking Event setup and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience
Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the event
Process parking payments
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address any inquiries or concerns
Support vendor management and logistics during events
Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects the values of MCE Professional
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service roles is required
Strong communication skills are essential for guest interactions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior Parking Attendant experience preferred
Experience with cashiering or cash handling preferred
Valet parking experience is a plus but not mandatory
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
