The role involves leading hands-on coding and STEM activities for young learners while also supporting center operations as a Front Desk/Admin Assistant.

Education Management

Responsibilities

Lead weekly classes for 5–8-year-olds (Wednesday from 5:30pm-6:15pm, Friday from 5:45pm-6:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am-9:45am, Saturday from 1:00pm-1:45pm)

Teach foundational coding concepts using on-screen and off-screen activities

Keep young learners engaged, energized, and progressing in a structured curriculum

Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress

Adapt and personalize curriculum to meet kids' needs and interests

Collaborate with the team to support other instructors and future program growth

Greet and check in students and families

Answer and manage phone calls and email inquiries

Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and calendars

Assist with spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials

Maintain organized records and filing systems

Conduct basic internet research and place orders for supplies

Enter data and support email/postal mail campaigns
