The Resident Assistant (RA) is responsible for providing tenants with direct routine care in daily living activities, working under the supervision of licensed nurses to promote independence and well-being among residents.

Responsibilities

Providing tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living
Applying skills in basic nursing, personal care and basic restorative services
Understanding the mental health and social service needs of the tenant
Being mindful of the needs in cognitively impaired tenants
Being part of the interdisciplinary care team that is dedicated to promoting independence, autonomous decision-making and facilitating tenants to achieve and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Qualification

Required

Experience in the healthcare industry
