Responsibilities

You will join as a member of the founding Sales Development team in San Francisco, building and managing a high-performing group of outbound and inbound professionals
You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching SDRs, establishing repeatable processes that generate high-quality pipeline and revenue, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Collaboration will be at the heart of your success
You will work closely with sales executives, marketing, and operations to craft and execute tailored strategies that move the business forward
By taking a data-centric approach to decision-making, you will ensure accurate forecasting, effective team management, and a healthy pipeline that empowers our sales teams to succeed

Required

Strong team management skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
2+ years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving quota
Experience leading inbound and outbound teams who strategically engage with potential customers using a personalized, multi-channel approach centered on value
Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and uncover insights that inform strategy
A natural mentor and coach with a focus on developing others
Experience managing complex internal ecosystems and building strong partnerships across teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and agility

Preferred
