Responsibilities
Support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals
Building strong connections and meaningful relationships
Bring their interests and talents to work
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set mutual boundaries
Ability to work evenings, overnights and weekends
