As a Residential Specialist, you will assist individuals in developing independent living skills and emotional regulation skills while building meaningful relationships and connections.

Support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals

Required

A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field

Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges

A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation

A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set mutual boundaries

Ability to work evenings, overnights and weekends
