Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and ESL Program Specialist Certification (or equivalent)
Minimum of three years of professional experience working with English learners in a linguistically and culturally diverse public school setting
Demonstrated success in teaching English learners at the elementary level in diverse contexts
Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Availability after school hours is required to conduct weekly seminars and provide on-site mentoring
Preferred
Experience leading professional development for in-service teachers
Experience providing constructive, supportive, and encouraging feedback to teachers
