Responsibilities

Provide essential support in planning and executing Firm events
Manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards
Carries out general on-site tasks such as operational support, breakroom and kitchen duties, visitor and staff assistance, and front desk support as part of shared team responsibilities
Ensure high-quality experience, event logistics and clear communication regarding Firm events

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a professional support services environment. Accounting preferred but not required
High School Diploma
Possess strong working knowledge in various event platforms including Swoogo, Wrike, Smartsheet
Ability to manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards
Willingness to roll up sleeves and support a variety of projects and tasks regardless of the level of complexity
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite preferred but not required
CRM system knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
