They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer I to design, build, supervise, and maintain large construction projects and systems, including roadways and utilities for commercial and residential sites.

Responsibilities

Design project components using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software

Complete calculations using engineering formulas and skills and/or utilizes computers in order to solve problems

Research and prepare material specifications, installation guidelines, and inspection protocols

Work to complete design details and plan sets

Complete field observation, inspection and data collection duties as directed by senior engineering staff

Collaborate with client staff and internal design team as directed by senior engineering staff

Contribute to cost estimates and technical reports that drive project success

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeAutoCAD Civil 3DEIT CertificationMicroStationProblem SolvingCollaborationAttention to Detail

Required

A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a closely related degree with coursework in land development, and/or water resources

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D

Preferred

EIT

MicroStation preferred for transportation position
