Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients to promote integrated marketing solutions
Achieve and surpass sales targets
Manage existing client accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities
Create creative marketing strategies and advertising proposals
Cultivate and sustain client relationships by delivering exceptional service
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and client events as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in selling Digital media and Broadcast sales
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads (SEM), and Facebook Ads
Proven ability to develop new business and consistently exceed sales targets
Comprehensive understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly in digital, audio, and interactive realms
Innovative mindset capable of crafting tailored campaigns to address client needs
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business development
Positive attitude with a drive to continually increase earnings
Valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and Auto insurance
