Responsibilities
Lead large-scale payment transformation projects, overseeing all phases from concept to post-launch optimization
Demonstrate a strong record of delivering complex, multi-month payment programs to completion
Serve as global expert in payment solutions with deep knowledge of payment rails (SWIFT, CHIPS, Fedwire, ACH, RTP, FPS, CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, SEPA Instant, Target2)
Design and implement solutions that span geographies and regulatory environments
Apply technical expertise and commercial acumen to create competitive products
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Servicing teams to deliver innovative, cloud-powered payment products
Translate market opportunities and client needs into advanced digital solutions
Align all deliverables with robust risk management frameworks
Lead diverse, cross-functional global teams on multi-stakeholder, multi-month initiatives
Maintain focus on deadlines and quality, fostering accountability and continuous delivery through agile methodologies
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive client adoption
Define Product KPIs and demonstrate ability to leverage data in decision making
Engage clients and partners for feedback, continuously refining product offerings and roadmaps
Serve as architect, operator, and evangelist for payments products
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in payments related role
5+ years experience as payments product manager or payments product development lead
Experience of implementing payment rails (e.g. CHIPS, Fedwire, Target2) or other payment products
Detailed payment rail knowledge (e.g. SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, SEPA, BACS, Target2)
Proven track record of delivering initiatives on-time whilst balancing customer's outcomes, business needs, technical feasibility and product risks
Demonstrable ability to partner with operations and engineering teams to deliver best in class solutions
Experience of end-to-end product ownership from ideation to commercialization, working in a diverse global team driving rapid team and product growth
Comfortable in client-facing situations partnering with Sales teams with the ability to understand and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills and experience of maintaining requirements and information in JIRA and Confluence
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred
Expertise and experience of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains
Detailed knowledge of domestic and international payment rails
